A: OF COURSE YOU CAN! There are body weight options for the entire 12-week strength training program. If you are interested, we can guide you on a few things you can purchase to elevate the program to meet your specific needs. We're happy to help provide that feedback, just let us know!

A: Love it. Head to the gym, take your programming with you, you'll know exactly what to do and you'll have access to tons of equipment to help you out. We have a lot of clients who love this option.

  • You are EXPLICITLY looking for weight loss - this is not a β€œweight loss” program. Your body composition will likely change, but the focus is not on the number, it’s on how you feel in your body

  • You are not in a place in life right now that allows you to prioritize your nutrition and movement habits. These are non-negotiable to success in this program so if now is not the time you can prioritize, start at another time.
